This morning, the scholarship award ceremony of Deli Group was held warmly at the group's headquarters. Nearly 100 students gathered at Deli to share their learning experiences and express their gratitude. The Ninghai County Bureau of Education and the Ninghai County Education Foundation participated in and witnessed the event.
At the meeting, the president of the County Education Foundation took his own experience of receiving assistance as an example to guide the students to be grateful, cherish the learning opportunities, and turn the great love given by Deli Group into motivation for progress on their growth path, so as to change their predicament with knowledge and write their future with efforts.
A member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the County Bureau of Education highly praised Deli Group for its positive contributions to the development of education in our county over the years, which demonstrated the enterprise's sense of responsibility and reflected Deli family and country feelings of caring for education and supporting the future.
Group leaders shared the original aspiration and mission of Deli paired student assistance program. Since 2009, Deli paired student assistance has helped more than 1,500 students in total, effectively contributing to the development of education in our county and providing more possibilities for children's future.
During the event, touching moments and warmth were everywhere. As a student representative, Ms. Chai from the 2024 cohort delivered a speech on stage. She sincerely recalled that she encountered Deli student assistance program during her most difficult first year of high school, and it was Deli’s support that accompanied her through her high school years and brought her to the university campus. "For me, Deli’s scholarship is not only material help but also spiritual support. It allowed me to stop worrying about having only one meal a day and being unable to focus on my studies. Instead, I could live a normal life, study hard, and pursue my dreams bravely," she shared with gratitude.
There were also many students at the scene like Ms. Chai, who became connected with Deli in high school, strived all the way with Deli support to realize their university dreams, and even got admitted to postgraduate programs or directly pursued doctoral degrees. They have achieved their dreams one after another with perseverance and efforts, living up to the care and expectations of Deli and all sectors of society. This is the significance of Deli student assistance program: to enable more students to have an unlimited future and more families to have the hope of getting rid of difficulties.
